HAND WASH

​

  1. Fill a sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of detergent or soap.

  2. Submerge the item and let it soak for a few minutes.

  3. Gently rub the fabric to clean it.

  4. Drain the water and carefully wring out the item.

  5. Refill the sink with clean lukewarm water and rinse the item thoroughly.

  6. Drain the water again and gently wring out excess water.

  7. Lay the item flat on a clean towel, roll it up, and press to remove extra moisture.

   8. Unroll the towel       and hang the               item to air dry.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer free shipping, this is what you can expect to pay for shipping -

MACHINE WASH

  1. Remove any detachable hardware (e.g., chains) and secure buttons, snaps, or zippers.

  2. Turn the item inside out and place it in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase.

  3. Use a gentle or delicate cycle with a temperature of 40°C (104°F) or lower.

  4. Add detergent as normal.

5. Hang the item to air      dry.

Standard Shipping: Typically ranges from $7 to $15 for small to medium parcels within Australia.

 

Express Shipping: Costs are higher, usually between $10 and $25, depending on the size and weight of the package.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS HANDMADE?

Screen Printing:

  • I exclusively use second-hand screens or repurpose old photo frames to craft all my designs.

  • I work with eco-friendly, water-based inks.

  • Each screen print is personally handcrafted by me, ensuring an ethical and thoughtful process from start to finish.

I specialise in customising, reworking, and sewing all my handmade creations. In line with my commitment to sustainability, here are the steps I currently follow:

Eagerglory is me. My name, Rad, comes from my grandfather, whose name was Radisav, or Radoslav. Translated from Serbian to English, that name means Eager Glory. I believe in always striving to be the best version of yourself, or being eager in the pursuit for glory. As a non binary queer person, how I choose to present correlates heavily with how I dress this and type of creation has given me the chance to be ultra expressive about my identify. I wanted to create something that reflected me, and was also gender fluid, clothing for everyone.

Handmade Clothing: Our products are handcrafted from both new and second-hand materials. As a result, some items may show signs of wear or minor imperfections. These features are not considered defects but rather add to the uniqueness of our handmade items.

 

Ordering and Payment. To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Prices listed on our website are in AUD and do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

 

Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship your unique ‘1 of 1’ items within 7 business days of receiving payment, and ‘made to order’ items within 6 weeks. Please note that processing times may vary for some items. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Returns and Exchange: Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery.b. To request a return, contact us at @eagergloty within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage. We may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection before processing a refund or exchange. If the damage is verified, we will offer a refund or exchange based on availability. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
